You could try this:
Win Key > Type: services.msc > Scroll down to Bitlocker Drive Encryption Service > Right Click > Properties > Startup Type: Disabled > Hit Apply.
Win Key > Type: gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Operating System Drives > Require additional authentication at startup > Right Click > Edit > Disabled > Hit Apply.
Now you can try this:
Win Key > Type CMD and Open as Admin. > Type: manage-bde -status
If the result for Conversion Status is Percentage Encrypted: 100.0% then type: manage-bde -off <drive letter>:
